Public website privacy notice

How we use your information

This notice applies when you contact ADAPT Security & Medical through this public website. Patient records, staff records and operational reports are handled through separate restricted systems and governance procedures.

Who is responsible

ADAPT Security & Medical Ltd is the data controller for information submitted through this website. Privacy enquiries and requests can be sent to info@adaptsecuritymedical.com.

Information we collect

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, telephone number, requested service, event date, event location and message. Please do not include patient information or medical details in the public enquiry form.

Why we use it

We use the information to assess and respond to your request, prepare a quotation, plan a service, maintain appropriate business records, prevent misuse of the form and meet legal or regulatory obligations.

We normally rely on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, or a legal obligation. We will identify another lawful basis where required.

Who can receive it

Access is limited to authorised ADAPT managers and service providers who support secure hosting, communications or professional advice. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, regulators, insurers or emergency services. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

General enquiries that do not become bookings are normally retained for up to 12 months after the last contact. Where an enquiry becomes a booking or business relationship, relevant records may be retained longer to meet contractual, insurance, tax, safeguarding, clinical-governance or legal requirements. Records are reviewed and securely deleted when no longer required.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to its use, or receive a portable copy. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you would like us to review how your information has been handled.

Security and international processing

We use access controls and appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. Some technology suppliers may process information outside the UK; where this happens, we require an appropriate legal transfer safeguard.

Updates

This notice was last reviewed on 5 September 2026. We will update it when our services, suppliers or legal obligations change.
